Being a mentor, and being part of the solution, often means asking good questions. Mentors are often expected to have all the right answers, but this is not the way Campbell's coaching methodology works. Campbell's style involves a relationship, the mentee and an ongoing dialogue about self-development.

どうも、メンターとコーチがごっちゃに使われてる気もしますが、上記抜粋部分はまさしく、私が考えるコーチのやることです。

コーチングについてだけではなく、他にも昔と現在のシリコンバレーについてなど、興味深い内容が入っているので、聴く価値ありです。
